Oven Baked Mini Omelets For An Easy Breakfast

mini_omeletsWho doesn’t love an easy breakfast in the morning? Delicious protein packed eggs are awesome for kids and adults and if you make them bite sized they will be devoured. But making eggs in the morning can be a huge pain! Not with my favorite one pot chef… he shows us how to make the perfect oven baked mini omelet for a super easy breakfast that is guaranteed to be gobbled up!

The recipe could not be simpler and all you need is one pan! Yep, just grab a mini muffin tin, spray with a cooking spray like Pam, add your most favorite ingredients and scrambles eggs and you are ready to make breakfast for the whole family.

Place the muffin tin in the oven for about 20 min and you will soon find yourself with super easy delicious, fluffy mini-omelettes for you and your family to enjoy.


8 Eggs
1 Brown Onion (diced)
Handful of Shredded Ham (or bacon, chicken etc)
1/4 Cup of Milk
1/2 Teaspoon of Oil (plus extra to grease muffin pan)
1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Cup of Grated Cheese
Salt and Pepper

Place in oven at 375 degree F for about 20-25 min or until puffed up. Leave them in the pan for about 5 min to cool.
